THE STORY
Sommelier Julie Dupouy and SemiPlume Founder and CEO Sabrina Duong wanted to create an elevated alternative to that would appeal to the sober curious, the sophisticated millennials or the health conscious drinker.
SemiPlume was founded out of a desire to create a beautiful, non-alcoholic sparkling beverage in the spirit of celebration.
