At first nose, SemiPlume exudes notes of very fruity notes of fig and yellow fruits. After aeration, you can smell beautiful notes of chamomile, toast and butter.
The mouth has a very nice round and creamy volume. You will be able to taste the aromatic complexity of butter, delicate fruit, dried flowers and savory. There is a good length with notes of aromatic pepper and citrus.
It is a dry non alcoholic sparkling brut that is perfect to celebrate any occasion.
Serve extra chilled in a champagne glass!
